TsfEdit GAPFPEF example

generates a .ra.ts-like series in tmp/gappefint.ts with all gaps filled and spikes suppressed
and dumps the DIFF filtered series on tmp/gappef.ts
But there is one disturbing spike:
probably in the aftermath of the M 8.0 earthquake at Chiapas, Mexico, see the daily residual plot of 2017-09-08 in our archive . In the following days the SCG wasn't much disturbed.
The residual of the long-term urtapt analysis shows that the deletion of outliers should have included three more samples; and in the .wr.ts file, the outliers were not found at all (?)
